In order to increase efficiency and reduce overall project costs, BBI operate a highly skilled offshore development facility in Bulgaria.

In the US, we concentrate on managing the software development process from business analysis and modeling through to delivery. Our US based staff are seasoned technology professionals with many years of enterprise development project delivery behind them. Our Bulgarian office take responsibility for the bulk of the coding and specialize primarily in JAVA/J2EE technologies.

Each project has a single code repository in order to unify all the developers on the project, whether they are working in the USA or Bulgaria for BBI, or indeed back at home for the client. Subsequently, we are able to closely monitor progress during development and keep our client fully apprised during the process and acquainted with the project code. We believe that this approach produces better results than "drop-ship" developments where any misunderstanding of specifications early on can cause serious problems down the road.
